Day 5.

So far this hasn't given me the results I was expecting like last time. Maybe it only works if I'm not eating over my hunger signals.

Weight today was same as yesterday. So in 5 days I've lost .4 pounds and I would have thought I'd have already just naturally lost water weight since my period is over now.

Also not enjoying eating on a weird schedule that doesn't align with social norms and eating when I'm not hungry to prevent myself being too hungry later. I guess the point of it is to just skip that meal, if I'm not hungry. That would probably work a lot better...
