Day 4.

Up .6 pounds, no surprise there. Still feeling the need to add in more vegetables and real foods to my daily diet. I guess this experiment may be worth it for that alone!

Usual coffee with half and half and then around 9 had some blackberry noosa yogurt with about a cup of real blackberries in it, and some apple cinnamon oatmeal.

Lunch was as soon as I was the slightest bit hungry at 12, chicken, couscous with kale, tomato and white beans, and salad with olive oil dressing and a little avocado, an iced coffee with chocolate syrup.

I wasn't hungry at 4 for dinner but ate a little bit of flatbread anyway. I feel like I'm eating in advance of my hunger which I don't like, and apparently that also spikes your blood sugar.

I was trying to get away from rigid rules and simplify things, but I feel like eating when not hungry just to make a time is defeating the purpose.

At around 7/8, I had 3 small halloween chocolate candies.
